Same here... I cancelled Prestige though with HMV & have Hardened Ed' coming form Game.

I decided against goggles I'd never ever wear for a 30yr old man (*cringe '30') but I would have gotten it if it had something in-game the Hardened Ed' didnt give you.

I'm also excited about playing the Original CoD Multiplayer on the Xbox360 !!!!!!!111 I've not played it in absolute years...

The controversial game mode is not the 3rd person mode! But thanks a lot for the links they are very cool!

The controversial game mode is actually part of the single player campaigne where u are a "terrorist" raiding the airport and u witness AI team-mates killing unarmed civilians which I assume means you can also shoot them too

GAME told me to check my funds & card as they will be taking payment soon and making sure it is delivered in time so I am not affected by the current postal strikes delay...

I hope they send it super early though... like Nov 1st early!!!

I'm pumped! Would be amazing to get it before the weekend!

Only annoying thing is HMV haven't provided me with a Parcelforce Tracking Number, so I can't tell when it will turn up.

Mine is still sent to the shitty packing dept with GAME - I've had a row with them on twitter! I pointed out to everyone that I think GAME post those who pay more deliberately late.

If say a release day is Friday, and I order two games for instance at the same time - 1 paying £4.95 xtra for 1st Class and the other choosing Free 2nd class...then why do both games turn up on the release day of Friday. It shows that the 1st Class Express Delivery was sent out later than the Free 2nd Class.

I've done this method 3 times now deliberately and have passed it to watchdog because they are ripping customers off and imply that by choosing a first class delivery over 2nd class you would receive it earlier.

I am having all my express delivery orders refunded as part of my complaint on all my previous orders

I always receive my GAME orders on a Thursday, and I always use the free service. Probably has something to do with where you live. I've never received a game on a Friday from GAME, thinking about it.

Yeah this was one thing I brought up, with some games I do get the Free delivery ones at times on a Thursday...but when you do the 1st Class delivery its always on release day.

I last did this for ODST, the free one came on the Monday, the paid extra one came the day after on Tuesday release day. Both games receipts were process on the same day and the free delivery one was posted earlier than the guaranteed next day delivery one.

Its all a set up...I have and always will choose free delivery, but I wanted all my other orders refunded for their advertising lies...

Im alittle afraid with all this new stuff theyve added theyve dumbed this game down to much. I remember in cod2 and since ive picked cod3 up I see it in that game it was really hard to be really good at those games. Now in cod4 and cod5 with all these perks and attachments its taken the skill away from the game. I know there tryin to get the pick-up and play crownd involved but they may run some hardcore fans off with the direction there goin. I mean in this one you get rewarded for dying by way of deathstreaks! Come on..and ive seen a sniper montage vid and the dude could no-scope headshot easily and u could barely see the guys he was killing. I dunno, Ill play this game like everyone else but the reason I pulled cod3 out again was im really tired of the stupid ass perks (last stand to be exact). I hope im wrong.

Damn I just read this very second that part chat will be disabled in all but three game modes. Well shit.......

HMV have confirmed that they have NOT shipped any Prestige Orders yet - the emails sent out were in error - it was a mistake!!! read it on digitalspy Ross...

Also lovely new MW2 Avatar Stuff...I went for the Ghost Outfit, although the t-shirts & hats were kinda nice looking.. ( I know what you're thinking Ross!! - but I had too)

Yeah I rang HMV up yesterday because I wanted a tracking number for Parcelforce and they told me then that "it would be illegal for them to ship it at this stage (Tuesday I got that email) and it was a generic email more to confirm that the money was being taken". She did say that if I haven't got it by Monday to ring again, which seemed a little odd. Thought they would aim for Tuesday.

I'm not too fussed, I have no time to play it this weekend anyway.
