augustusbot we know from your countless posts on here how much you love you PS3. Why don’t you go play it instead of hanging around an Xbox site making posts to a bunch of Xbox owners who don’t care about your PS3?

I’m still using my old original Xbox wireless adapter on my 360. Works good enough for me. It won’t stream anything better then DIVX/XVID but I don’t need it to really.

Blu Ray is good and all, but I don’t really fancy paying £20 for half-bad films featuring Will Smith when I could get them on DVD for £3 and upscale them. Maybe when it all comes down in price I’ll be interested.

And one thing that people do not really consider is how handy it is to have an external wifi adapter. I’m a home network technician and I often get asked to connect games consoles to wireless networks.
In houses with bad wireless G signal (devices in home extension rooms, too many other wireless/microwave devices etc) being able to put the adapter on the end of a USB extension cord works wonders.
However, as the PS3’s adapter is all internal, it’s simply not possible.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m no fanboy, I just think a lot of PS3 users that vocalise themselves online sure do seem very defensive without really looking at the situation from all angles.

I got round this problem by, PLUGGING A FUCKING WIRE IN!.

Stick your PS3 up your fucking arse, I can’t get across with how bored I am with hearing that shit, or if you prefer and your arse is still sore from the roasting your dad and his friends gave you while humping you over your black shiny grill you could buy the new slimline version so it slides in a little easier. Can’t see any other reason for releasing a slimline one since no one buys the pieces of shit 3 anyway.

I paid money to upgrade my stereo to support next gen audio provided by Blu Ray discs…

Why would I now pay money to upgrade my wifi adapter to take a step backwards and use last-gen audio signals?

It costs just as much money to rent a Blu Ray disc as it does a DVD, for the record… I’m not out any extra money per week for renting next gen discs over last gen ones.

I had the PS1, have a PS2, owned the original Xbox and now have a 360. I have a Wii, had a GameCube, owned a Super NES, an Amiga, an Amstrad CPC 464, a Commadore CD32 a Sega Dreamcast, a PSP, a Game Gear, a Sega Megadrive.

Please tell me how that list affiliates me with one particular console and puts me under the banner of fanny boy?

i have netflix on the 360 and stream full HD flawlessly to my 360 and bose surround sound with the orginal, yet way overpriced, wireless adapter. works flawlessly with me, full HD and it loads a movie in about 15 seconds and then plays with no interuptions or quality downgrade.
