Leaked Star Wars Battlefront 3 footage online
A longtime favorite of Xbox players, the Star Wars Battlefront series is considered by many to be one of the best from the last generation. Though there has been no official announcement yet, today some alleged Star Wars Battlefront 3 footage has appeared online, much to the joy of the many fans of the series. Unfortunately, this may be false hope; read on to find out why.
According to multiple sources, Time Splitters and Haze developer Free Radical Design, the company formerly shouldered with the responsibility of the new Battlefront game, has closed its doors. Now the game has been reportedly handed over to developer Rebellion, the studio responsible for Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron on the PSP. The footage, seen below, is of the Free Radical version of the game.
Now, keep in mind, Lucas Arts hasn’t confirmed anything about the game yet. This footage looks good, but it has to be taken with a grain of salt, being that the game is no longer in Free Radical’s capable hands, and may not even be published in the first place. Is anyone else excited for the possibility of a new Battlefront game?

I loved the past Battlefront games. I still own a copy of both, as well as Republic Commando (a rare find and one hell of a game). I pray that this is released at some point.
Republic Commando was an incredible game, it was just way too short. And if I recall it ended very abruptly with a “To be continued” message, I just hope they plan to really make a follow up.

Shame about the jedi, in my opinion jedi ruined battlefront II. Battlefront was never a jedi game. Still it looks great, hope its the real deal.
Fuck! Its still here? lol i was justing coming to pay respects and i find new posts, anyway battlefront was awesome, but this dosent look anything near as good.
I thought it looked pretty cool, but then again if it gets released they will probably rip the guts out and it won’t look anything like this.
Was never a great fan of Battlefront TBH.
It was okay, but got boring real fast. Maybe with multiplayer over XBox Live it’ll find some longevity.
