Publisher Capcom has spoken out on its dedicated community website, “Capcom Unity”, about what gamers can expect from the company at next week’s E3 event across all formats, including a special secret project called ‘Flock’.

But just what could Flock be? At first people believed it to simply be a project codename, but now it has been confirmed as the actual name of the game, which is being described as “a new super-secret project”, and as Capcom’s Public Relations guru Chris Kramer has only teased people by stating that it is not going to be running on “the Unreal Engine 3 game. Keep trying, you’ll never get it, unless someone spills the beans early.”

Nobody has a clue about what this mysterious Flock game could be - something for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable or even Nintendo DS, perhaps? Considering how it has specifically been confirmed that it will not be running on the Unreal 3 Engine this has therefore led some to believe it could be that other Capcom Wii game (other than Spyborgs, which was revealed last month) that will see a ‘next generation’ favourite come to Nintendo’s home console.

When Eurogamer spoke with Capcom Europe for more clarification, though, nothing more was forthcoming, merely saying “I can’t do anything other than confirm it’ll be at E3.”
