Not playable online I’m afraid. It consists of 2 halves, strange for a demo. There are 6 teams, all international, featuring Portugal, France, Brazil etc.
The reason you get two halves is because it isn’t a FIFA demo
perhaps I should have said, EA demo.
Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Spain, France and Turkey.
Not online unfortunately.
My download has frozen at 92%… doesn’t seem to want to download that all important final 8% of the demo before I have to go to work.
Strange how all the options are there to support 2 player offline, but yet you cant actually play 2 player, sucks a wee bit, but we must not get too angry, they gave us a demo after all.

Well I have Halo 3 and FIFA and why you would even mention those two sorts of games in the one sentence don’t really make any sense to me.

whats with the slow as hell download speed on the pes2008 download? is anyone else getting the same issue? mine’s been going for nearly 9 hours now, and still at 85%

Half a player in the box and get a penalty given against you. The camera for taking the penalty switches to low and BEHIND your goalkeeper facing the player taking the penalty kick.

Does anyone know how to pull somebodies shirt and how to make a dive for a foul? :)
Pull shirts is usually L2 or Left Trigger on the xbox. And i’m not overly sure but i’ve heard tha dive is both shoulder buttons while in the box. Try it i may be wrong.
Go to the pause menu and go to command list and it tells you all of the buttons to press. From what I can remember its LB, LT and RB.
Played the demo. Best soccer title ever.
I have every version since the first, but I’m not getting it this year. I don’t support gamedevelopers releasing titles every year with minor updates. PES 2008 is such a title. Great gameplay. But I need 2+ vs 2+ online matches and online leagues and online masterleague before I spend another dime on the series. Seabass and Konami needs to get their shit together and stop doing like EA..
